A validated oncology target, the epidermal growth factor receptor (ERBB1/EGFR/HER1) is a frequent anchor for antibody-drug conjugate research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of cetuximab vedotin, built around the EGFR target and intended strictly for research use only. Validated for functional assays and manufactured to in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin IgG1, it is supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It is well suited to preclinical applications such as receptor-targeting and internalisation studies, in vitro screening, in vivo tumour models, and antibody-drug conjugate development.

25mM histidine, 8% sucrose, 0.01% Tween80 (pH6.2)

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
