Background
By engaging SIRPα to inhibit macrophage clearance of cells, CD47 has become a heavily investigated innate-checkpoint target in cancer research. This recombinant anti-human CD47 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ligufalimab, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, phagocytosis-induction and binding studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo tumour models, relying on consistent lot-to-lot behaviour for large experimental campaigns.
