Downregulating T-cell responses through inhibitory signalling, PD-1 is a foundational checkpoint target in immuno-oncology research. This recombinant anti-human PD-1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of lipustobart, supplied for research use only (RUO). It is manufactured to in vivo standards, carries low endotoxin, and is produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Use it in functional assays, checkpoint-blockade and T-cell-reactivation studies, reproducible controls, and in vivo tumour models, relying on its consistency for the large datasets typical of immuno-oncology research.
