ADAM9, a membrane metalloproteinase, contributes to extracellular-matrix remodeling and tumor progression, attracting attention as an oncology antigen. Built around the human protein, this reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of izeltabart, a human IgG1, kappa monoclonal supplied for research use only (RUO). Low endotoxin levels render it appropriate for in vivo studies, and manufacturing across milligram to gram scales ensures reliable supply for bulk and high-throughput pipelines. The antibody supports target-binding and internalization assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical tumor models, and as a non-therapeutic analog it can assist antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) research without contributing any payload or linker chemistry.
