CD4 defines helper T-cell populations and is fundamental to studies of immune regulation, HIV biology, and autoimmunity. Our reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of keliximab, a human IgG1, lambda monoclonal recognizing the human antigen and intended for research use only (RUO). Engineered to a low-endotoxin specification for in vivo applications, it is produced at milligram-to-gram scale so heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories maintain a steady supply. The antibody is well suited to receptor-blocking and cell-binding assays, flow cytometry, in vitro screening, and preclinical immunology models, acting as a dependable, non-therapeutic control throughout functional and biologics-characterization work.
