Nerve growth factor (NGF) is a key neurotrophin in pain signaling and sensory-neuron biology, central to analgesia and neuroscience research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of izenivetmab, presented as a human IgG2, kappa monoclonal that neutralizes the human protein and is offered for research use only (RUO). It is supplied with low endotoxin for in vivo suitability and manufactured in milligram to gram quantities to meet the needs of bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Investigators apply it in ligand-neutralization and binding assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical pain and neurodegeneration models, where it serves as a consistent functional comparator.
