Expressed on T lymphocytes, CD6 helps regulate T-cell activation and immune synapse formation, drawing interest in autoimmunity research. Our research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of itolizumab, a human IgG1, kappa monoclonal directed at the human antigen and supplied for research use only (RUO). It carries low endotoxin to support in vivo experimentation and is produced at milligram-to-gram scale for bulk and high-throughput laboratories.
