Tetraspanin CD37 is abundant on mature B cells and is widely investigated as a target in hematologic malignancy research. Recognizing the human antigen, this human IgG1, kappa reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ivicentamab, provided strictly for research use only (RUO). Its low-endotoxin formulation is suitable for in vivo work, and production spans milligram to gram quantities to keep heavy-usage and bulk facilities adequately stocked. Researchers deploy it in cell-binding and flow-cytometry assays, ADCC studies, in vitro screening, and preclinical lymphoma models, where it provides a consistent reference reagent during functional evaluation and antibody development.
