Background
Combining checkpoint blockade with anti-angiogenic activity is a leading dual strategy in tumour immunology, and a fully murine surrogate enables clean syngeneic modelling. This bispecific antibody simultaneously engages mouse PD-1 and VEGF-A, built from the anti-PD-1 clone RMP1-14 and the anti-VEGF clone B20-4.1.1 on a mouse IgG2c LALA-PG kappa backbone whose effector function is silenced. Validated for in vivo use, it lets researchers interrogate combined PD-1 and VEGF-A blockade in mouse models. Supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities, this research-use-only reagent serves high-throughput and bulk preclinical immuno-oncology studies.
Clone
RMP1-14 / B20-4.1.1
