VEGF-A is the principal driver of angiogenesis and a central mediator in tumor vascularization and vascular biology. Clone B20-4.1.1 is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognizing mouse VEGF-A, validated for ELISA, neutralization, and functional assays such as bioanalytical PK and anti-drug-antibody work, plus studies of VEGF-dependent pathways. Anti-mouse VEGF clone B20-4.1.1 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

0.2 uM filtered solution, pH 7.4, no stabilizers or preservatives.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
