CRLF2 (TSLPR) partners with the IL-7 receptor alpha chain to transduce TSLP signaling, a pathway implicated in allergic inflammation and certain leukemias of interest in immunology research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of verekitug, this recombinant human IgG1 antibody targets CRLF2 and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard suitable for in vivo work and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include receptor-blocking and binding assays, in vitro TSLP-signaling screens, control work, and preclinical inflammation models.
