Interleukin-33 (IL-33) is an alarmin cytokine that drives type 2 immunity and is a focus of respiratory and allergic disease research. Offered here is a research-grade, unconjugated analog of tozorakimab, a recombinant anti-IL-33 monoclonal antibody for research use only. It is produced to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. The antibody supports cytokine-neutralization functional assays, in vitro IL-33-signaling screens, and in vivo models of airway and allergic inflammation. Lot-to-lot reproducibility and ample availability make it well suited to extended, high-volume research efforts.
