GRP78 (BiP) is an endoplasmic-reticulum chaperone that regulates the unfolded protein response and appears at the cell surface in stressed and tumor cells. Clone C38 is a mouse IgG2b kappa monoclonal antibody recognizing human and mouse GRP78, validated for ELISA, functional assays, flow cytometry, Western blotting, and blocking.
