LukGH is a bicomponent leukocidin pore-forming toxin from Staphylococcus aureus that contributes to bacterial virulence, a focus of infectious-disease and toxin-neutralization research. This reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of berlimatoxumab, expressed as a human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody for research use only. It is supplied in a low-endotoxin, in vivo-suitable formulation and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput microbiology laboratories. It supports functional and neutralization assays, toxin-binding studies, in vitro screening and preclinical models investigating staphylococcal leukocidin activity. Supplied low in endotoxin and built to in vivo standards, it scales from milligram to gram quantities for bulk, reagent-intensive workflows.
