C1QBP (gC1qR/p32) is a multifunctional, multi-compartment protein implicated in complement regulation, mitochondrial metabolism and tumour-cell biology. The mouse IgG1 kappa monoclonal clone 60.11 targets human C1QBP and has been validated for blocking applications, flow cytometry, IHC and Western blot, making it suitable for both detection and functional studies. Anti-human C1QBP clone 60.11 is offered in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to meet the needs of bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only reagent, it provides consistent performance for studies of C1QBP function in cancer and complement biology.

Activity is directed against the mature form of the human globular C1q Receptor (gC1qR), also known as C1QBP or p32. It recognizes both monomeric and homotrimeric forms but does not bind to truncated variants lacking the N-terminal binding domain.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Sterile, preservative-free, solution in PBS. BSA and Azide free.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
