TNFRSF10B (DR5/TRAIL-R2) is a death receptor that triggers apoptosis upon ligand engagement and is a long-standing target in cancer cell-death research. Provided as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of benufutamab, this human IgG1-kappa recombinant antibody is intended for research use only (RUO). It is supplied in an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin format built to in vivo standards and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to support demanding, high-throughput pipelines. The antibody is suited to apoptosis and functional assays, receptor-agonism studies, in vitro screening and preclinical tumor models exploring DR5-mediated cell death.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
