Ticagrelor is a reversible P2Y12 antiplatelet agent, and antibodies that bind it are used as research tools to study drug reversal and platelet-aggregation pathways. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of bentracimab, supplied as a human Fab (G1-lambda) recombinant fragment for research use only. It is formulated with low endotoxin to in vivo-suitable standards and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional and binding assays, drug-neutralization studies, in vitro characterization and preclinical models investigating ticagrelor sequestration, with reliable lot-to-lot reproducibility.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
