Intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM1/CD54) mediates leukocyte adhesion and transmigration and is a recurring target in inflammation and vascular-biology research. This product is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of bersanlimab, a human IgG1-lambda recombinant antibody supplied for research use only. It is an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin preparation built to in vivo standards and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include functional and adhesion assays, leukocyte-trafficking studies, in vitro screening and preclinical models that interrogate ICAM-1-dependent inflammatory processes. As a research-use-only reagent, it combines a low-endotoxin in vivo-grade format with scalable milligram-to-gram production for demanding studies.
