LIV-1 (SLC39A6), a zinc-transporter protein, is frequently overexpressed in breast and other carcinomas, marking it as a promising tumor antigen. This human IgG1 reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ladiratuzumab vedotin and may support antibody-drug-conjugate (ADC) research, although it is provided without any payload or linker. Intended for research use only (RUO), it is formulated to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and produced across milligram to gram scales to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Typical applications include target-binding and internalization assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical tumor models for functional and antibody-development work.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
