MHC class II molecules present extracellular-derived peptides to CD4 T cells, and the I-Ek/RT1-D antigens are key haplotype markers in mouse and rat immunology. Clone 14-4-4S is a mouse IgG2a kappa monoclonal antibody recognising these MHC class II molecules in mouse and rat, validated for functional assays, flow cytometry, IHC, and immunoprecipitation. Anti-MHC class II 14-4-4S is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it provides reproducible performance for antigen-presentation and transplantation research.

This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.

Functional grade preclinical antibodies may be stored sterile as received at 2-8°C for up to one month. For longer term storage, aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at ≤ -70°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
