Background

HLA-DR is a constitutively expressed MHC class II molecule that presents peptide antigens to CD4 T cells and serves as a marker of antigen-presenting and activated cells. Clone L243 is a mouse IgG2a monoclonal antibody against human HLA-DR, validated for Western blot, blocking, flow cytometry, immunoprecipitation, CyTOF and frozen-section IHC. Anti-HLA-DR clone L243 is supplied low endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, scaling from milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent enables reliable MHC class II and immunology research.
