Integrin beta-6 (ITGB6) pairs with the alpha-v subunit to activate TGF-beta and promote epithelial remodeling, with roles in fibrosis and carcinoma research. This is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated analog of sigvotatug, a recombinant monoclonal antibody against ITGB6, supplied for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards with low endotoxin and offered in scalable milligram to gram quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Applications include integrin-binding functional assays, in vitro adhesion and signaling screens, and in vivo models of fibrosis and tumor progression. Lot-to-lot reproducibility and ample availability make it well suited to extended, high-volume research efforts.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
