Background
CD62L (L-selectin) governs lymphocyte tethering and rolling along high endothelial venules, directing homing to secondary lymphoid organs. Clone DREG56 is a mouse IgG1 monoclonal antibody recognising human CD62L, validated for Western blot, blocking, functional assays and flow cytometry. Anti-CD62L clone DREG56 is supplied low endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, with manufacturing scaling from milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. As a non-therapeutic, research-use-only (RUO) reagent, it offers dependable, reproducible performance for studies of lymphocyte homing and leukocyte adhesion.
