Integrin beta-7 partners with alpha4 and alphaE chains to form adhesion receptors that direct lymphocyte homing to gut and mucosal tissues. Clone FIB21 is a rat IgG2a monoclonal antibody recognising mouse and human integrin beta-7, validated for blocking, flow cytometry, and in vivo use. Anti-integrin beta-7 FIB21 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo applications and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic, research-use-only reagent delivers reproducible, lot-consistent performance for mucosal immunology, lymphocyte trafficking, and gut-inflammation research.

This antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (PBS) pH 7.2, 150 mM NaCl with no carrier protein, potassium or preservatives added.

This low endotoxin antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
