The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein governs host-cell entry and is the dominant antigen for neutralizing-antibody research against the virus. Presented here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of simaravibart, a recombinant monoclonal antibody targeting SARS-CoV-2, intended for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards in a low-endotoxin format and provided in scalable milligram to gram quantities to sustain high-throughput screening. The antibody works well as a positive control and active reagent in neutralization functional assays, in vitro spike-binding screens, and in vivo challenge models. Reliable batch-to-batch consistency helps standardize comparisons across in vitro and in vivo experiments.
