Coagulation factor XI (F11) is a serine protease zymogen of the intrinsic pathway and an emerging target in thrombosis research that aims to separate clotting from haemostasis. This anti-human factor XI recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of abelacimab, provided strictly for research use only. Built to rigorous in vivo standards with low endotoxin, it is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It serves as a consistent inhibitory control and active reagent in coagulation assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo thrombosis models.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
