GITR is a TNF-receptor-superfamily co-stimulatory molecule expressed on regulatory and effector T cells that modulates T-cell activation and Treg function. Clone DTA-1 is a rat IgG2b lambda monoclonal antibody recognising mouse GITR, validated for Western blot, immunoprecipitation, and flow cytometry. Anti-GITR DTA-1 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it offers reproducible, lot-consistent performance for mouse co-stimulation, regulatory T-cell, and tumour immunology research.

All the monoclonal antibodies in this panel were purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

Sterile, preservative-free, solution in PBS. BSA and Azide free.

Stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –20°C or –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
