This rat IgG2b antibody, clone 1-2, is a matched isotype control with no relevant specificity in mouse systems, raised against an irrelevant hapten-carrier immunogen so it shares the format of rat IgG2b experimental antibodies without engaging biological targets. It is intended to establish background signal, define gating boundaries, and serve as a negative control in functional and in vivo studies. Supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities, it meets the needs of bulk and high-throughput laboratories. The reagent is for research use only and is entirely non-therapeutic.
