The SARS-CoV-2 spike protein drives viral attachment and entry and is the central antigen for neutralizing antibody and coronavirus research. Offered as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of amubarvimab, this research-grade anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike recombinant monoclonal antibody is intended for research use only. It is manufactured to in vivo standards, formulated for low endotoxin, and supplied in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. Typical uses include viral-neutralization and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo infectious-disease models requiring a consistent, reproducible reagent.
