CD252 (OX40L) is the ligand for OX40 and a TNF-superfamily co-stimulatory molecule that supports T-cell expansion and survival. Clone RM134L is a rat IgG2b kappa monoclonal antibody against mouse CD252, validated for blocking, flow cytometry, frozen IHC, Western blotting, and in vivo work. Anti-CD252 RM134L is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. This non-therapeutic reagent, intended for research use only, gives consistent lot-to-lot reproducibility for mouse OX40L co-stimulation and T-cell biology studies.
