Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP9) is a gelatinase that remodels the extracellular matrix and is studied in cancer invasion, fibrosis, and inflammation. Our research-grade anti-human MMP9 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of andecaliximab for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is appropriate for protease-inhibition and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of tissue remodelling and inflammation, offering reproducible performance.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
