Tyrosinase-related protein 1 (TYRP1) is a melanosomal enzyme and a surface antigen on melanocytes and melanoma cells, making it a target of interest in melanoma research. The research-grade anti-TYRP1 recombinant monoclonal antibody provided here is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of flanvotumab, intended for research use only (RUO). Produced to demanding in vivo standards, the low-endotoxin, ultra-pure formulation is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support heavy-usage laboratories. It is suitable for tumor-targeting studies, ADCC assays, in vivo melanoma models, and biologics characterization.
