ACVRL1 (ALK1) is a TGF-beta-superfamily receptor that regulates endothelial signalling and angiogenesis and is studied in vascular and tumour biology. Our research-grade anti-human ACVRL1 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of ascrinvacumab for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. It is suited to receptor-signalling and binding assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo angiogenesis and oncology models, offering reproducible, lot-consistent performance.
