Background
CD106 (VCAM-1) is an endothelial adhesion molecule that binds integrin alpha4beta1 to mediate leukocyte adhesion and extravasation during inflammation and immune-cell recruitment. Clone M/K-2.7 is a rat IgG1 kappa monoclonal antibody recognising mouse CD106, validated for immunofluorescence, neutralization, and in vivo work. Anti-CD106 M/K-2.7 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo applications and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. As a research-use-only, non-therapeutic reagent, it gives reproducible, lot-consistent results for mouse vascular adhesion, leukocyte trafficking, and inflammation research at scale.
