This low endotoxin FLAG-tag antibody is stable when stored at 2-8°C for at least four (4) weeks. For long-term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at -80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.

Background
The DYKDDDDK (FLAG) tag is a short hydrophilic peptide widely fused to recombinant proteins for detection, immunoprecipitation, and purification. This mouse IgG1 antibody is a recombinant version of the M2 clone, recognising the DYKDDDDK-tag, with broad utility across ELISA, immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, ChIP, and tagged-protein purification. The M2-ICH anti-FLAG reagent is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It is intended for research use only as a non-therapeutic reagent and delivers reliable, reproducible tag detection lot after lot.
