Clone IB3 is a human IgG3 isotype control, providing the subclass-matched negative reference required when IgG3-format antibodies are under study. With no relevant target, IB3 sets the background and gating thresholds that distinguish genuine antigen binding from non-specific or Fc-mediated signal across functional and cytometric assays. The IB3 control antibody shares the distinctive IgG3 framework of test reagents, isolating scaffold effects from real engagement. It is provided low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities to support bulk and high-throughput research. This is a research-use-only, non-therapeutic product.

This Human IgG3 isotype control recombinant antibody has been tested against selected species' cells and tissues to assure minimal cross reactivity. Furthermore, this low endotoxin Human IgG3 antibody is suitable for in vivo applications and each lot is IMPACT I certified.

This monoclonal antibody was purified using multi-step affinity chromatography methods such as Protein A or G depending on the species and isotype.

This monoclonal antibody is aseptically packaged and formulated in 0.01 M phosphate buffered saline (150 mM NaCl) PBS pH 7.2 - 7.4 with no carrier protein, potassium, calcium or preservatives added.

This antibody is stable for at least one week when stored sterile at 2-8°C. For long term storage aseptically aliquot in working volumes without diluting and store at –80°C. Avoid Repeated Freeze Thaw Cycles.
