TIM-3 (HAVCR2) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor on exhausted T cells and innate immune populations, making it a prominent target in cancer immunotherapy research. This recombinant human IgG1 monoclonal is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of verzistobart directed against HAVCR2 and is offered for research use only (RUO). It is produced to in vivo-grade, low-endotoxin standards and packaged in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to serve high-throughput and heavy-usage laboratories. The antibody is suited to checkpoint-blockade control work, in vitro T-cell function assays, ADCC studies, and preclinical tumor immunology models.
