Disialoganglioside GD2 is a glycolipid antigen highly expressed on neuroectodermal tumours and a prominent target in neuroblastoma and immuno-oncology research. Our research-grade anti-GD2 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of dinutuximab for research use only. Manufactured to in vivo standards with a low-endotoxin formulation, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. It performs consistently as a control and active reagent in ganglioside-binding assays, in vitro functional screening, ADCC and CDC studies, and in vivo tumour models.
