HER2 (ERBB2/CD340) is a clinically validated oncology target and a leading scaffold for antibody-drug conjugate research. This research-grade reagent is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of trastuzumab deruxtecan, built around the HER2 target and intended strictly for research use only. Validated for functional assays and manufactured to in vivo standards as an ultra-pure, low-endotoxin IgG1, it is supplied in scalable milligram to gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It is well suited to preclinical applications such as HER2-targeting and receptor-internalisation studies, in vitro screening, in vivo tumour models, and antibody-drug conjugate development.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.

Functional Assays

Reconstitute with sterile, distilled water to a final concentration of 1 mg/ml. Gently shake to solubilize completely. Do not vortex.
