CTLA-4 is a critical co-inhibitory checkpoint that limits T-cell priming and stands among the most investigated targets in immuno-oncology research. This recombinant human IgG1 antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of vilastobart directed against CTLA-4 and is supplied for research use only (RUO). It is purified to a low-endotoxin standard appropriate for in vivo studies and manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to support heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. Investigators apply it as a checkpoint-blockade control and functional reagent across in vitro T-cell activation assays, ADCC studies, and preclinical tumor immunotherapy models.
