This human IgG4 isotype control pairs the SPLE mutations (S228P/L235E) with the R409K substitution, providing a hinge-stabilised, effector-reduced negative reference for functional immunology. With no relevant mammalian specificity, the control establishes the background and gating limits that separate genuine target engagement from scaffold effects in flow cytometry and functional assays. It is supplied low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, and manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities to serve bulk and high-throughput laboratories. The antibody is non-therapeutic and supplied for research use only.
