B- and T-lymphocyte attenuator (BTLA) is an inhibitory checkpoint receptor that tempers lymphocyte activation, with growing relevance to immuno-oncology and autoimmunity research. This IgG4 recombinant human antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of venanprubart directed against BTLA and is supplied for research use only (RUO). The low-endotoxin formulation is suitable for in vivo studies and produced in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities for high-throughput and bulk laboratories. It functions effectively as a checkpoint-modulation control and active reagent across in vitro T-cell assays, signaling studies, and preclinical immune-regulation models.
