Interleukin-33 (IL33) is an alarmin cytokine released upon tissue damage that drives type 2 immunity and is widely studied in asthma, fibrosis, and inflammation. Our research-grade anti-human IL33 recombinant monoclonal antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of torudokimab for research use only (RUO). Manufactured to in vivo standards and purified to low endotoxin, it is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories. It is suited to cytokine neutralization assays, in vitro functional screening, and in vivo models of allergic and inflammatory disease as a reproducible reagent.
