Background
CD45.2 is an allelic variant of the pan-leukocyte phosphatase CD45 that serves as a congenic marker for tracking and distinguishing donor and recipient cells in mouse adoptive-transfer and bone-marrow-chimera experiments. The mouse IgG2a kappa monoclonal clone 104.2 targets CD45.2 and is validated for blocking, flow cytometry, frozen-section IHC, immunoprecipitation and in vivo applications. Anti-mouse CD45.2 clone 104.2 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and produced in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for high-throughput and bulk studies. As an RUO reagent, it delivers consistent, reproducible cell-tracking performance in murine immunology research.
