This VHH-human Fc fusion isotype control supplies a format-matched negative reference for experiments built around single-domain VHH antibodies carrying a human Fc. Because it has no relevant specificity, it establishes the background signal and gating thresholds that distinguish true antigen engagement from the effects of the VHH-hFc scaffold in flow cytometry and functional assays. Reproducing the architecture of VHH-hFc test reagents, it cleanly isolates non-specific binding. The control is provided low in endotoxin and suitable for in vivo use, and produced in scalable milligram to gram quantities for bulk and high-throughput laboratories. For research use only.
