Interleukin-17A (IL-17A) is a key effector cytokine in mucosal immunity and a long-studied node in autoimmune inflammation. This recombinant human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic, unconjugated analog of netakimab, expressed in CHO cells and raised against human IL-17A. Provided for research use only, it is formulated to a low-endotoxin specification compatible with in vivo experimentation and is available in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities for bulk and high-throughput programs. It is well suited to cytokine-neutralization assays, receptor-blockade studies, functional readouts, and preclinical models of Th17-driven inflammation. Consistent lot-to-lot performance makes it dependable for repeated, large-scale experimentation.
