ERBB3 (HER3) is a receptor tyrosine kinase that partners with other HER-family members to amplify oncogenic signaling. Modeled on nezutatug, this unconjugated research-grade human IgG1 kappa antibody is a non-therapeutic analog produced in CHO cells and targeted to human ERBB3. Supplied for research use only, it is purified to low endotoxin for in vivo compatibility and is manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) lots to serve demanding, high-throughput laboratories. Typical uses include receptor-pathway interrogation, functional blocking assays, in vitro screening, in vivo tumor models, and antibody-drug conjugate development workflows.
