IL1RL1 (ST2), the receptor for IL-33, is a central node in type 2 inflammation and allergic disease research. Constructed as an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of melrilimab, this human anti-IL1RL1 recombinant monoclonal (IgG2, kappa) is supplied for research use only (RUO). Endotoxin is held to low levels suitable for in vivo work, and the antibody is manufactured in scalable milligram to gram quantities to keep heavy-usage and high-throughput laboratories continuously supplied. It functions as a reliable control and functional reagent in receptor-blockade and cytokine-signaling assays, in vitro screening, and preclinical in vivo models of asthma and allergic inflammation.
