Neutralizing antibodies against the rabies virus glycoprotein are critical reagents for post-exposure and infectious-disease research. This human IgG1 (kappa) recombinant antibody is an unconjugated, non-therapeutic analog of mazorelvimab that binds the RABV antigen and is offered strictly for research use only (RUO). The formulation is low in endotoxin to permit in vivo experimentation and is manufactured in scalable milligram-to-gram quantities to serve high-throughput and heavy-consumption laboratories. It is well suited to viral neutralization assays, in vitro antigen-binding characterization, and preclinical in vivo challenge models investigating protective immunity against rabies virus.

This biosimilar is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For longer term storage (> 3 months) it is recommended to store this antibody at -20°C or -70°C.
