Background

CD11a is the alpha-L integrin subunit of LFA-1, a leukocyte adhesion molecule that mediates firm adhesion and immune-cell migration. Clone FD441.8 is a rat IgG2b monoclonal antibody to mouse CD11a, validated for Western blot, functional assays and flow cytometry. Anti-mouse CD11a FD441.8 is supplied in a low-endotoxin format suitable for in vivo use and manufactured in scalable milligram (mg) to gram (g) quantities to support bulk and high-throughput laboratories. Provided strictly for research use only (RUO) as a non-therapeutic reagent, FD441.8 gives reproducible, lot-to-lot consistent results for studies of leukocyte adhesion and trafficking in the mouse.
